Refunds

If you confirm the final edit and the watermarks on the image have been removed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

After confirming the final edit, you have 15 days to request any small changes. Once the 15 days are up, changes can no longer be made.

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and depending on your bank can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account. You also have the option of receiving store credit.

Store Credit

Store credit does not expire and can only be used for products on our website.

You will receive your store credit via email. You will receive a code that can then be entered when checking out.

To use your store credit, find the section within the checkout that says "Store Credit/Coupons" and enter the code that was provided in your email.

If you would rather use your store credit in person or over the phone, just provide your code to a team member and we will add your credit to your order for you!
